At Magent Minds Lab, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery options, timeframes, and responsibilities.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

3. Processing Times

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays)

Orders placed:

  • After 2pm

  • On weekends or holidays

…will be processed the next working day.

4. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Express Delivery (Optional)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Delivery Partners

We use trusted UK couriers such as:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri (Hermes)

  • DPD

The courier used will depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand periods (e.g. Christmas)

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

Magent Minds Lab is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will assist you in resolving issues with the courier where possible.

8. Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not liable for failed delivery

  • Additional charges may apply for redelivery

9. Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • Or leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collection

If your parcel is returned to us:

  • We may charge for re-shipping

10. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to your address

  • Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment is received

11. Damaged, Lost or Missing Items

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and item

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery

  • We will investigate with the courier

If confirmed lost, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a full refund

12. Multiple Items / Split Deliveries

If you order multiple items:

  • They may arrive separately

  • You will not be charged extra for split deliveries

13. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

For pre-order items:

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly shown

  • Your full order may ship once all items are available

14. Packaging

We ensure all toys are:

  • Securely packaged

  • Protected during transit

We aim to use eco-friendly packaging where possible.
